Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.

Delivery is £5 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £5 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

We believe in paying people fairly, that’s why we’ve been a Real Living Wage Employer from the very beginning. We’re an independent Bristol business, packing every order ourselves.

Supporting us means supporting fair work.

One of those brilliantly simple garden tools that you’ll soon wonder how you managed without.

Made in Japan, the Niwaki Mini Sickle has a wickedly sharp, single-bevelled carbon steel blade that’s small enough for precise weeding while being equally handy for harvesting vegetables.

Its compact blade is particularly good for getting into awkward spaces and tackling weeds between paving slabs, as well as harvesting crops – including asparagus. The 14cm white oak handle sits comfortably in the hand, while the included vinyl sheath keeps the sharp blade protected when not in use.

The blade is designed primarily for right-handed use, although it can also be used back-handed by left-handed gardeners.

Keep the carbon steel blade clean and dry after use, sharpen when needed and apply a little protective oil regularly to help prevent rust.

  • Weight: 80g
  • Blade Material: S-55C carbon steel
  • Handle: 14cm white oak
  • Includes: Vinyl sheath
  • Made in: Japan
  • Best for: Weeding, working between paving and harvesting vegetables
  • Designed for: Right-handed use or back-handed left-handed use

Age Restricted Product: By law, we are not permitted to sell a knife or blade to anyone under the age of 18. By purchasing this product, you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. Please use responsibly and appropriately.
